On the morning of Saturday, July 6th, 2013, the downtown area of Lac-Megantic in Quebec was met with a devastating accident. When a train car derailed and then exploded, more than fifteen people were killed and at least 30 buildings were reduced to ruins. There are still at least 40 people missing.

If you've been watching the news lately then you are definitely aware of all the media attention that Budget Rent A Car in Vancouver, BC has been getting. And for those of you who are in the dark, here's a short recap.

No matter where you live in the country, there’s no way that you missed Election Day on November 6th. Whether you voted or not, you knew it was here. If you're anything like me, sitting on a plane for anything more than 3 hours is agonizing. I admit it - I need to move. And I don't just mean by stretching my legs or raising my arms like those silly plane 'exercise' videos demonstrate (how these videos can even be called exercise is beyond me). Their measly suggestions can barely be called movement, let alone exercise. More than anything, these short clips make me depressed because they remind me that I hav

I survived - and actually had a blast! Camping was successful on all fronts. The drive was smooth without too much complaining from the peanut gallery in the back seat, the tent went up without a glitch, the camp fire was perfect for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, my food planning was precise, the weather was stellar and most important of all - we had FUN!
