Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is located in Jefferson Parrish, Louisiana. It is located 10 miles south of the business district of New Orleans. Travelers have two terminals, East and West, with four attached terminals: A, B, C, and D. Concourse A has 6 gates. Concourse B has 13 gates; Concourse C has 15 gates and handles all international flights out of the airport; and Concourse D offers 7 gates. There is a 3,000 space parking lot for short-term parking and a 2,500 space parking lot for long-term parking. A cell phone lot is available to pick-up travelers at the airport, and can be used free for up to one hour.

"I had a good experience. I would say they should have a number you can call to request someone to pick you up to take you to the airport. The driver came, but we still needed to get our luggage out of the vehicle and turn in the keys, etc. So, that driver left. Had to wait about 30 more minutes for another driver to come by. It was terribly hot outside, with nothing to drink. Would be nice to add a machine to purchase drinks/snacks. Also a number listed to request the bus to come."
