When we arrived to pick up the van, things were pretty backed up. We did have to wait longer than anticipated, but the lady provided us with a little bit of a discount and that saved the day. She also let us see our van options to choose the best one for our needs which was very much appreciated. The van was nice, clean and in good working order. My family and I arrived to and from Vegas safely and comfortably and that was what I needed. Will DEFINITELY rent from you again on our next trip.
