There were too many miles on the vehicle. And extremely stained. The seats and carpet.
More details on the vehicle should be posted on internet. Like the seating etc
The staff I encountered, Sal and I can't remember the other staff members name, provided some of the most outstanding customer service ever! They were so polite, considerate, friendly and helpful! Amazing! You really don't find customer service like that any more. They were just the two of the nicest human beings! My son and I were really very pleased with there friendliness. We rented a wheelchair accessible van for my husband. It was a great customer service experience!
Van had lots of room for the four of us. I would rent it again. Actually thinging of buying one.

I had no problems with the rental or the location. There were additional taxes that went into affect the day I picked up the van. Because those amounts were not originally quoted to me, they gave me the quote price and waived the additional fees. My van was clean and a new model and I had no problems. I only which they had a closer location to where I live (Indiana).
