Flight was delayed and they cancelled my reservation. Waited 50 minutes for a pick up although they say the shuttle runs every half hour. Agent couldn't provide a cancellation document showing me my card wouldn't be charged. Agent was unfriendly. They wouldn't give us a shuttle ride back to the airport, we had to uber. Their office is a dirty trailer in a dirt parking lot 15 minutes from the airport, never again will I consider this facade of a business.
People working there were nice and went the" extra mile "for the customers
