Hassle free pick up and return. Good value.
The first van we received was in poor condition. It ran bad and was old. There was a bar running through the center seats that was very uncomfortable for a long trip. We returned that van after dealing with it for 3 days in San Diego. We received a newer model in exchange for the remainder of our long vacation. We are not fans of Dodge and this van proved our distaste in the brand. Overall, the service was very good but the product was awful. Since you only rent Dodge, we would not rent again.

This is a totally irresponsible, unprofessional company which i will never trust and rent in my life. I reserved a van for 10 days, made all my vacation arrangement including prepayment for Hotels etc almost a month in advance. On my pickup day morningbthey called me to say that they do not have a van for me! I had to cancel my whole trip and lost thousands of those prepayments.
All around great experience.
