Everything was great! We were honored to be picked up in a limo and our van was upgraded when we got there. The staff was great and the van was perfect for us all week. The shuttle service made everything simple - it was an all around perfect experience.
Took over an hour to get van, no sign of urgency from staff. Truck had an ugly smell and was not very clean.
The staff was really helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The rate was by far the best value in Denver!

We had to wait for about 1 hour when we arrived into LAX. They did not even pick up the phone, leave a message, I did that quite a few times, then I called customer service. Things were much better on the way back.

Everything went extremely well with this rental from the pick up of the vehicle to the return of the vehicle. The gentleman that helped us was very courteous and helpful. I requested a RED van and he came through! I was very happy!
