We were very happy with our overall experience
the service is great.
We waited for 20 minutes at the counter before finding out that they did not have any 8 passenger vans available. We had reserved one and called to confirm the previous day. They then sent us to another rental agency where we had to wait in line again. We did end up with an 8 passenger van for the same price.
van was not very cleaned out from last renter...empty water bottles under the seats etc...
All ways been very pleased with the service like the easy in and out my questions have been answered by a person always recommend highly
Checkin was very slow but the return experience was much better
The manager on site was really helpful.
The rate did increase by $100 which was a determining factor why we choose to use the van rental. if I had known it would be that high I would have rented at the airport. in addition the drop off is very confusing and strange; taking away from the level of satisfaction.

Ordered 11 passenger but they were asking all the time how many then he turned up with a dirty old ford with 145000 miles on it stearing was a little loose stinking outside but done the job in the end will prob use them again if nothing else av
