Our plane was delayed which resulted in us landing at the airport at 11:45 pm. I contacted the office and asked them if they would be willing to wait an additional 10 minutes for us and they refused. This was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no consideration given to our situation. We had to use Uber to get to our hotel and then pick the car up the next day. The wait to drop off the car exceeded 20 minutes which is too long when you are departing. The vehicle was a great value
Upon arriving to AVR Denver in Commerce, CO, I had a reservation for two vans to be picked up at 4:00 pm. Neither was ready and I accepted the vans without a wash so I could get to my destination on time (it took nearly an hour to get everything done). I was very disappointed with the lack of preparation. My party had to wait outside in the heat and sun while the crew was figuring this out. Once we got the vehicles, there were no problems. Fortunately, the staff was friendly during the process.
I chose Airport Van Rental for the exceptional price. The issues started in the airport, where when I called for a pickup no one ever answered the line. I finally called customer service and they tried to send someone, but after an hour I called back and they suggested I take a taxi. That took another half hour, and total time from getting my bags to getting my van was over 2 hours. Once I got to Airport Van Rental, they were very apologetic and attentive. The van was very beat up though.
Sat at the airport for 2 hours with 14 kids and no ride because of your incompetence , no communication, had to spend a lot of money just to get the kids to there destination. every place i can let me know what a rotten company this is i will. ie better business for starers. troy durrance

This was 1 of my best vehicle rental experiences ever! Robert picked me up promptly at airport & was very friendly. Steven checked me in & out & was expedient. And, the van was brand new, perfect for our college move-in journey!
Staff and service was excellent. Van was quite beat up and not well cleaned inside. Also had a lot of miles and did not pick up speed well on freeway.
My request would be, can there be a parking space at your compound for the person renting the car. It was time wasting trying to drop off one car then drive back to hobby st the hertz to pick up the rental car. Everything else was great
