Your management is not courteous and does not thrive to give excellent customer service. I was so disappointed with the long wait, dirty vehicle and horrible support your management offers customers.
Great price and excellent service. Vehicle wasn't as clean as I expected - appeared to be vacuumed quickly, but not thoroughly. I found gum wrappers and cheetos under the seats. Looked and smelled clean, just not vacuumed as well as it should have been.

Not open early to be able to return vehicles for early flights not good.

Our vehicles tires were very worn and the maintenance light kept coming on. This started from the time we drove the van off the lot. I called the customer service line and reached one of the RUDEST men I've ever spoken to in my life. He basically blamed us for the tire pressure making comments like "I don't know how you drive" and ensured us that the tires were checked, but that was obviously a lie in this vehicles case because all four tires were measuring at 50 dpi.

I was not picked up from airport I was renting locally. I wish I didn't have to pay all those airport fees and miscellaneous fees. Love everything else.
The employees were friendly with positive attitudes, an added perk to the amazing price. Will definitely use them again.
The staff was awesome. I left my wallet in the van and discovered it at the airport. They found it and took good care of it until I could have someone pick it up. The van was clean and reliable.
