Was very satisfied with the van rental. I picked this location at SFO because it had an early opening at 6am...unfortunately they changed their hours without changing it online so I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated.
The rental rate was more once I got there due to insurance add on's they don't explain when making reservations online. I also rented a wifi and it didn't work the entire trip.
When we first picked up the vehicle, the first lady we dealt with was sort of rude and had no knowledge of the yelp check in for 10% off. Was not going to grant me the 10%I showed her my phone multiple times and yet still was persistent on saying that I had to leave a review. But how can I leave a review if I was barely picking up the car I had nothing to review yet!
Lauren was the AVR employee who checked me in and she is the most friendly and helpful person I have met in the service and hospitality industry during my 15 years of travel. She is the primary reason for my ratings.
