I will certainly continue to use this company for future rentals. The staff was very courteous, expedient and nothing was changed on the price I was quoted. The mini van I rented was serviced and ready to go. When I returned the vehicle it was very quick with no delays. I would highly recommend this rental company to anyone.
Staff always friendly
The information on the pick up location was incorrect (they had moved 1 month earlier) and I ended up at an empty location. They did send a shuttle to pick us up but it look about 30 minutes and it was only a 7 minute walk away! I was travelling with a small child so I was unable to walk there.
Getting to the location near LAX was a major hassle. I then had to wait over a hour from the time I got there to get my van. The van itself worked butIt I've rented much nicer and newer vans from the same company in the past for less money. Older van model and the radio didn't work. The van felt dirty. Also,when I got there in as surprised by two costs In the end it drove ok and met my needs. Returning went much smoother. To do this again, I'd want to be picked up at the airport & newer van

Windshield wipers should be replaced - especially with all the current rain - overall great experience with rental and look forward to renting again with AVR
