Wish it had 4 wheel drive.

The wait to pick up was intolerable. I counted 8 people in line and it took 1 hr until I was called to the counter. Then 20+ mins at the counter, then my vehicle wasn't available and I had to wait. In all nearly 2 hrs before I was in the vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable. The wait was so long I watched one clerk go to lunch and come back (amazing that they would just leave people waiting) and I had hardly moved in line. There were between 1 and 3 counters operating and mostly just two.
Great experience! The staff is nice and helpful and honest. They are not out to take advantage of your pockets but to have great transportation. Though the service was great, I had to wait for my vehicle to be ready. I feel the reservation time could have been honored better. I would still use and recommend this agency in the future.
All have to say is the vans are all in need of some cosmetic repair from minor to some major.
Friendly helpful people. Very accommodating even when I found damage to tire rim and offered to trade car in for another.
It took 1.5 hours to be picked up from the pick up point which is on the side of a road after you catch up a bus from the airport to that point. The pick up point doesn't have any shelter. We called the office 5 times before being picked up from cold weather conditions where we were waiting with 4 young children. There was another family of 8 waiting the same time as us.

I was a little nervous to book because of all of the bad reviews on Yelp but I was extremely happy with my service and my vehicle. Not sure why the reviews are what they are but I am happy.
