Good service. Speedy check-in for 2 vans.
Had to wait a hour and a half to be picked up then they wanted to cancel my rental because they say I was late. This was another a good expirence and I will go else where next time

Wrong vehicle offered to me and wrong rate, much higher than on website which is very misleading.
The management staff needs training in how to properly deploy staff and enhanced customer service skills. We waited on hold for over a half hour trying to get in contact with the location to get a shuttle to pick us up. Even calling the corporate office didn't help. Then the location and was located on a dirt road in a Bungalo. I know you're trying to keep your costs down however this was a little too thrifty.
New employee was why I rated him satisfactory, which he was.. The other staff was able to help him with my out of the ordinary questions like, "Is it possible to hold a CC Authorization in my file so my driver is able to pick up without me being present?"
