Prior to returning the vehicle, I put gas and the pump stopped so I assumed the tank was full. I did notice the gauge did to reach full amount. I returned the van and explained and showed the gas receipt. I was still told to go to another gas station that did not have an issue with the pump sensor. Waste of my time!
For the customer experience. manager could have accepted the van and charged the pre-paid rate.

I did recommend this AVR rentals to my Brothers/Sisters Last July 2015 even without any knowledge or experienced renting with AVR. The rates are good. Words already out with my co-workers and friends alike..The Van that I was able to get has a higher mileage on a gallon. Very smooth and did not have any problem whatsoever.
We were given a older van and we asked for a nicer one. New van was unavailable but there were nicer ones in parking lot. . The van I rented was old and uncomfortable. spring in seat were worn out and big dips in seats. No suspension in van very rough ride.
Great customer service
Very friendly and courteous staff. 15-person passenger van was in satisfactory shape (it got the job done). Rental cost was very high because of a high-demand weekend.
