very good price for the vehicles when compared other rental companies.
AVR and its staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service experience checking out and in was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company, I even got an upgrade. Thank you AVR
Another good rental experience from Airport Van Rental -- only major problem I've ever had was last year when they had no large passenger vans and had to substitute an SUV, which was a serious problem for my group. Hope to never have that happen again.
Shuttle service was somewhat slow. Might be better off using a company van for shuttle service in future.

excellent and courteous staff! van had some mechanical issues but because it was used only briefly, we reported it to staff when we returned it.
