Van was a little old and found a little trash under seat at pickup. 122000 miles - ran ok but vibrated and rattled quite a bit.
It was the vehicle that I am not happy with. It was a 15 passenger van. driver side mirror was being held up by a plastic tie. The vehicle squeaked and steering wheel shook when you went over 50mph. When returned I filled tank. The gas nozzle at the pump clicked off when I had filled tank.. Returned van and asked how trip was. I told them the above, at that point courteous was gone. A man came out and it went down hill. There are not enough character to describe the what happened. May return
Rental was new. Did a walk-around with a rep, but we both missed a big dent along the rear roofline of the van due to the sunshine in our eyes. The dent was discovered when I went to take a picture of where we had parked in the parking garage. I immediately called to report the finding, but was sent to voicemail. I never received a call back from the company. They said they were glad to see I paid for the insurance, even though I was not at fault. My advice to you is: Do a THOROUGH inspection!
