Rented a 15 passenger van and they gave us one of the new ones. Disappointed to find that this model van does not have removable or reclining seats for any of the rows. This made trunk/storage space difficult for our luggage. Staff was great and rental experience itself very easy. Much appreciated!

I have rented from you for several years in multiple locations (Denver and San Fran) and the service has improved drastically, with the exception of 2 items: (1) I always have a large group (15) and your airport pickup service is woefully inadequate for such, and (2) am never offered a toll transponder, yet in both cities I have received toll tickets, not been informed of such by you, then dinged later for a rather large 'fee' for you to pay such tickets. That process/charge is simply not right

The tire service light came on when the van was full. When I returned it I was told this sometimes happens because it is so sensitive. I wished i would have known that at the time of rental so I wouldn't have worried about it so much while I was on the road. Otherwise the AVR was fantastic.

Very poor customer service, I got off the plane (SFO) at 12:00 and wait more than 1/2 hour for the shuttle bus (I found out that only 1 shuttle bus was operated at that time. After I arrived at the office have to wait another 30 mins before some one helping me. No smile on their face, no service mind. They just wanted to sell insurance and navigator to the customers. By the time I got my van it was 2:00 pm. Bad all around.
