they would not honor there rental policy. I was not allow to use check stubs instead of utility bills. I don't pay utilities. all that after i waited in line for about 1 hr. they weren't willing to work with me. it's like they didn't want business
This is a great value for a 15-seater van. I will definitely use AVR again.

Had to read the fine print on the mileage limit. Stated "unlimited" for trips over 3 days when in reality there was a limit of 250 miles per day for any trip over 3 days. Completely does not make sense to me.
This is my second time based on amazing exp earlier. This time the van was very old and rickety. The steering is shaky and the balance was scary. Since it is that time of the year when they did not have much inventory and I was left with take it or leave it choice! Next time I will rent only if I see a Ford Transit in the checkout.

The car that was provided was not maintained properly.
1. The tire got worned out in the middle of Highway (I15-S) while driving at 65mph. AAA roadside assistance came and tried to put in the spare tire. However they noticed that the spare tire was equally bad with almost no thread left and had minor crack on the rim of the tire. They declared it is unsafe to drive with that spare tire and moreover they also noticed that the spare tire was not correct fit for the car that I rented.
Before leaving the van rental location make sure everything is in working order.
