Hello,
The vehicle I rented really should be retired. Hind sight I would have denied the car. It had many many dents, the passenger door did not open therefore the front passenger had to crawl around to the side to get out of the van. The back seat belt did not secure properly. Please note the staff was very friendly and courteous. I learned a lesson which is to refuse a vehicle on sight if you have any doubts. Please consider retiring this van.

Had to wait 2 hours for a van, staff was trying to accommodate but management didn't seem to care that people were waiting and no vans, no keys, no extra help.
Couldn't have been happier. Very easy process, clean van and great service. Will definitely use again.

I requested an 8-passenger van but was give a 15-passenger van with two rows of seats removed. This was much larger than I expected and more difficult to use. In addition I was given what seemed to be the oldest vehicle at this location. It was very worn out looking and had numerous problems. For instance the seat belts were extremely difficult to use, the sun visor was broken and flopped around and the rear door was very hard to get closed properly. I will never rent from this company again
