It was a great rental experience be sure to ask for exactly how many people you need in the van and check on diff rates for good rates :)

It was very good experience overall. We didn't get our vehicle at our requested time but it wasn't their fault since the other customer didn't return the van on time. Other than that the vehicle ran great and the entire experience was pain free. I'll definitely use this company again.
The van has 56000 miles and a big hole in the windshield on driver side. We did not know until we were on the freeway when we heard a noise of the wind blowing from the windshield. We had to put a tower to cover the hole. It was not safe.

This does not apply to us as we didn't get a Van. Our reservation was at 1:30, got there at 1:00, 5 groups already waiting. Some had 7:00 AM reservation. No van was available as no one has returned them as scheduled.
We waited for over an hour, canceled our reservation and left. Still no van for the 4 groups.
The person in the counter didn't tell us what was going on, we have to hear it from the other groups. Poor customer service.
NO WAY! We are renting here again. GET MORE VANS!!!!!
I waited for at least 45 minutes for my van to be ready.
I was completed mad in receiving a call 2 hours before my pick up time telling me the car that I reserved was not available. Yet, with help from the representative, Bo, I was able to get a vehicle. It would have cost me thousands of dollars had I not been able to get the car in time for hotels, etc.
Pick up staff was great. Van was great.
Drop off staff was good at their job, but not as warm.
