Excellent service. We were stranded at LAX on Dec 24 after Economy Car Rental gave our van away being only 45 minutes late because of a late plane (not our fault). Marvin Magana at the LAX Location was tremendously helpful and found us a van in Orange County for the day after. While not our ideal situation, his calmness and helpfulness allowed my family to enjoy the rest of the vacation with relative peace of mind.
The agency was way over booked which resulted in my waiting from 9am until 4pm for a van I then had to take the van dirty or wait even longer for them to clean it . I do understand that some of this circumstance was beyond the control of the agency however you'll must come up with some contingency plan sister with another agency that carries the same vehicles as you or something because unfortunately these are the things that you are known for and it is causing you to lose customers many left

Were you satisfied with the vehicle: No, There was no luggage space in the vehicle, staff did not tell us about that.
The shuttle from the airport worked out well. The 11-passenger van we originally received had a bad turn signal, so we were upgraded to a 15-passenger van for no additional charge! Other than the time lost due to moving from one van to the other, everything was great.

Staff tried to accommodate but over booked reserved two vans.
