I rent a van from you every year and am never disappointed
Staff very friendly and prompt. Love the new location. Was not picked up, I got dropped off here.
I could not locate your "trailer" since it was in a field past the end of the road with NO signage on it whatsoever. Repeated attempts to call the office for specific directions were ignored because the office was understaffed. The vehicle I reserved was not available, and I had to accept a different vehicle that was not fully operational, otherwise, I would have had to wait 2 hours for other options, that would have made me late for my appointments.
Everything was satisfactory
Even when the van was below expectation their customer service is excellent and I would rent from them again.
Highlly recommended.
