I was told that the mobile hotspot was included. It was not. It was a seperate charge. I was told that the "upgrade" van was an extra $10/day. It was a hundred dollars extra and I rented for four days. They lied to me to make a sale. That's pathetic. I'm definitely not valued as a customer.

I rented the van online 4 weeks ahead of time for an 8am pickup. On the way to the airport to pick up the van, I was told that the van was not available. Disappointing. I went to another van rental company since the van I RESERVED was not ready.
I would absolutely refer your company to others. The rate was the best I found, your staff was very respectful and courteous. My van had not been washed and I did not have time to wait but I can take a partial blame because I picked up the van a littler early but I did call and ask if I could pick it up about 30 mins early. It was as clean as I felt it should have been, seats needed a minor washing but other than that it was great.
Everything was great from start to finish!
Our driver that picked up was wonderful as was the rep at the counter!
