Overall good
Easy pick-up and drop-off.
No frills, but also no fuss. Worked out well.
Peter and Mark were great help, were able to pick up car a bit earlier.
We had some miscommunications with the various staff, but ultimately, it worked out. The van was an older model and hard to get in and out of, but we were able to find a step stool that helped. The check engine light came on during our trip, but otherwise, no problems.

Rental office is third rate and the staff seemed unorganized and in need of help and improvements. Many customers were waiting a long time for service, their vehicles or a ride back to the airport. Overall, this office is nowhere on par with other national chains.
Haven't got my final receipt yet.Guys were really busy and I was told would get an email one.
VEHICLE HAD WORN TIRE THREADS AND WAS NOT CLEAN.
