My experience was good. Only thing I did not know 9 and probably would like to see improved) that pick up and droff off service was only available for airport, not in nearby area that may be closer than airport.
Vehicle was not clean and parts were missing. Seats are dirty and stained. Had to place clean sheets to cover all the seats.
The staff was helpful it's takes only 15 minutes to pick to pick up the van we rented.

It was great, everything worked perfectly.
The van I got had a damaged rear side and there was no other vehicle available.
The system was down the day I went. I understand a little hold of the time but of course in times like that the staff should be trained too to do transactions even if the system is down. I waited for an hour just to get my rental and all my appointments for the day had to be moved
Rental was as expected.
Air pressure in tires was not quite right. This issue was corrected promptly.
It was good. Just need to have more signs for the old building and website sayin that the rental place has moved to a new address.
