It is completely ridiculous you rent vehicles that have problems with the breaks, the actual condition of the van was a shame, cigarette burns in the upholstery just to mention some thing, but problems with the breaks? It should be a law that if you rent vehicles like that you should be charged with attempt of murder
We had to wait quite a while to receive our vehicle. It would seem you need more employees. We chose to accept a dirty vehicle so we didn't have to wait any longer. The SD site needs help.

I rented an 8 seater van last Friday. Unfortunately, the van provided to me was a 15 seater vehicle.
They just removed the last 2 row seats, leaving an enormous amount of space in the back. Excuse my word. I didn't think it was presentable and professional looking. I was very disappointed but I had to get it.
It was an embarrassment to my friends because I was the one who volunteered to get a car for everyone. It also produced noise originating from the engine, upon acceleration.
