They charged me for the airport pickup and dropoff but I didnt request or use this service. I pick up the unit and at the dealership

Staff was rude & incredibly slow. It shouldn't take an hour to rent a van. Our van smelled of old musty soap. The van itself ran fine.

The office staff was rude and disorganized. The same two ladies were there. It shouldn't take 45 min to drop off a vehicle. Our van stunk like old musty carpet shampoo so bad that several of our party members got headaches from the smell. The van did run very well. We waited 45 min at the rental car pick-up when your website says 5-7min. Also your website has the wrong address for the actual location. The gentleman who took us back was VERY nice.
Vehicle I received had no license plates and the rear driver's side blinker did not work.
What a great experience overall! The van we rented was nicer than I anticipated and all of the people who helped me with check-out and drop-off were excellent - quick, efficient and polite. Your company provides a great service and I would happily use you again in the future. Thanks!
