Customer support not good. They even blame us for driving the van we rented with check engine and low tire pressure icon in the dash board.(I was assured by the dispatcher that they check the unit and ignore the icon. I give my rental experience a very low grade
I have rented from AVR many times over the years and have always been provided with great service. This last experience was exceptional. Sherry was absolutely wonderful and gracefully pointed out a computer hiccup (which she fixed) before I recognized it. My wait was short even though several people were in front of me. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
we could never get a hold of you from the airport. and tried to cancel numerous times. Make sure there are no charges!!!
Great experience. Only thing address on contract and website needs to be change since location of pick up and drop off has moved. (San Francisco). Other then that would deffinetley rent again.
Bad experience! no answer for 10 calls, direction sent me on a bus to the wrong gate, vehicle they tried to stick me with was only 8 passenger instead of 11, had to point it out and demand a vehicle with the correct passenger capacity, they rent 15 passenger van but pick up in 12 passenger van. They charged me for 35 gallons pre pay and a ford transit says it comes with a 25/26 gallon tank, had to take the van and vacuum out a little bit of sand as they stated that was excessively dirty.........
My only issue is the vehicles interior was dirty and over deodorized
The rental agent was quick in getting the paperwork, inspection, and out the door time.
Ford transits need one more step to get in and out. It's too high. Ppl are having a hard time to get in and out
