Great value for a 12 passenger van, I did not expect the van to be 1st class but i was surprised how horribly dirty the interior was, the interior is light so all stains were visible and the smell was awful. Smelled like a dozen wet dogs were in the van and worse. I asked for another van, none available. I did my best to air it out before I left and wipe the carpet down so it wouldn't smell so bad. I didn't have time to call and check for another van. Learning experience

Rental agent was fantastic!
Drop off was excellent - a manager stepped up when he saw me in line and was very courteous and efficient. This was the complete opposite of my experience picking up my van. Understaffed, seemingly unhappy employees and a 45 minute ordeal to get the van.
