I'm sure we won't win the contest :) BUT our van rental was way below expectations. The windshield was completely cracked. The van had numerous dents and it was SO dirty inside and out. It smelled like a produce truck and someone picked up cabbage in it before we got it. The staff told us to allow about 1.5 to 2 hours to drop off. I guess the good thing was that it didn't take but 30 minutes, but we were at the airport 2 hours early, and drove from the mountains so we got up at 4am.
Every was to my expectations.
We have been renting the same van for the past 4 years for our Las Vegas golf trip. No doubt we will be doing it again next year.
Called for shuttle at 12:08, was told it would be 15 minutes. Waited for half an hour and called again and was told it would be a half hour wait. I waited again and was told it would be a generic white van with no markings. By this time I was tired of standing in the rain and took a bus, but unfortunately it was to your old location. My email confirmation did not have the new street address. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR THE REST OF MY REVIEW- please call if you wish to know more.
Overall experience was very good. We appreciate the great service and would recommend you in the future.
3 Years in a row now I have used Airport Van Rentals in Las Vegas for transportation to and from the Las Vegas Motor speedway for the annual NASCAR races. 3 Years in a row now, the rental van has NEVER been ready on time. 3 Years in a row now, after all the paperwork has been filled out at the counter, I have had to sit and wait for 30 minutes or more for the vehicle to be ready. This year it took more than 40 minutes AFTER the 20 minute paperwork process to receive the van. This needs to be fix
I liked the fact that I arrived at open time and the employees followed open g procedures prior to anything they follow the rules and this made for a pleasant visit.
I have rented from AVR many times before in many different locations. This was the worst experience I ever had. Waited one hour to be pick up after call 5-6 times. No one ever picked up the phone at the location,ever.Only got trough the central office.
Twice was told that it would be 10 minutes. One hour to be pick up and 45 minutes to finally see an agent. When you work in an office and the phone rings your main priority should be acknowledge the call,put it on hold but don't ignore it.
Everything was explained and the staff member was very helpful.
Great staff. Helped me trade up to a bigger vehicle when I needed it. Will use them every time in LA
The bigger van was a little rougher on the bumps but ok.
