Sasha is a great representative of Airport Van Rental. My only wish is that they would apply AAA discount at the time of rental.
Price I received on a 15 passenger van was better than a minivan I had reserved at another company. I got a brand new vehicle and had zero problems.
Kevin is a great asset to the team at LAX. He came int to work at 1pm, and started assisting!!!
We were returning customers and a non for profit group. We were not offered any reduction in price.
It was awesome to have this van that was spacious and comfortable at a reasonable price.
The pricing is great, the van was older and pulled to the right. The staff was busy but got me taken care of and on my way.
All in all, not a bad experience. Not outstanding, just satisfactory. Location (inside and out) could be visually more pleasing - nothing major, just more care regarding placement of "posters" and signage, as well as maybe a fresh coat of paint. Staff was pleasant enough.
