Car seat for kids could be in better condition
The van didn't have power mirrors or lighting when you opened the door. Just a couple simple things that help a lot
I was surprised that the van, which had 125,000 miles on it's odometer, was so well maintained. It was clean and ran well. I will rent from them again. Good value. Good customer service. Can't beat that.
This was by far the best rental experience I've had in the past five years renting a Minivan at the San Diego airport, and returning the vehicle and getting dropped of in the same vehicle was very convenient. When we arrived at the airport for a shuffle to pickup the rental vehicle, the instructions on the email noted to call your office while claiming our baggage. The staff wanted us to call when we arrived at the designated shuttle pickup area and was unpleasant on the phone when providing the correct instructions. Please review shuttle pickup instruction for customers when arriving at the airport to avoid confusion with costumers and your staff. Thank you
Aside from the fact that my email about my flight being late wasn't recieved, everything was great, as usual!
Van could not exceed more than 70 without it shaking an hard rumbles (taking kids to Disney land an they were scared)vents were missing,not the slots ,the whole vent!it was warm so a little air froze people in the back 😞😞
The people where all very nice. It was very slow to check in based on the volume at our check in. Overall, I would consider renting from AVR again.
When returning the van the employees were a bit slow to help you.
