We have used this outlet in San Jose numerous times and it has always worked out especially well. The driver who returned us to the airport yesterday was very entertaining and efficient. We really enjoyed him!
Van was a little dirty/stained carpet, etc. But ran well and the shuttle to and from the airport was nice.
Every year my family goes on a vacation to Lake Tahoe. There are usually 15+ of us that go and we ALWAYS rent from AVR San Jose. We are always satisfied with the rate and the service!
Super rental office - very helpful
Our employee arrived and there was no one at the location to delivery the Van to him. We also tried calling numerous times, with no answer or call back. At no point did your company try and right this wrong either. There was no explanation given either. We will NEVER use your company again and we will make sure to tell others in the industry of this horrific experience!
