Wait to pick up the vehicle was longer than desired.
I was a little disappointed not to receive credit for returning 1 day early especially after pointing out the AC vents in back were missing. It was very uncomfortable for the passengers
I always rent from AVR when I need a van. Price is way reasonable than the other places.
I was originally quoted something different. When upon my arrival, my quote was changed. And when returning the van I rented, they tried to short change me.

Van good value. Lucky to get van because waited on site for two hours for returned van. Otherwise no van even though got confirmation by email and over phone call.
