The best van rental place ever!
I am very happy with the services i get from airport van rental. We have been renting 12-15 seater vans from them for our youth group and family trips for 5 years now and we've had no issues with the vans. In fact, this last rental, we got a very new, shiny and clean 12-seater Ford van and it helped made our 4-day vacation at San Diego even more fun and enjoyable! Thank you airport van rental

The van was fine. It was 5he fact that the front drivers tire was worn past the steel belts on the inside. I didn't notice this until the last day of the trip. I promptly changed the tire. I had driven over 1000 miles on that tire. I had 7 teenagers and my wife in the van. That tire could have blown at any time. I was rented an unsafe van. Their maintenance inspections must be done in a haphazard manor. That vehicle should never have been rented.
My experience with AVR was generally great. The vehicle was in good condition and the pricing/quote was great. The only thing is that checking out vehicle could have been faster. I ordered wifi but when I got there they said all wifi was gone. Also the GPS didn't work because they couldn't find a single working cable to charge the GPS.
I accidentally rented the wrong van online, but Jeffrey at Airport Van Rental was super helpful, and they had one that was appropriate for the number of passengers I needed! Airport Van Rental saved my trip and allowed our Pre-Pharmacy club to go to Northern California to visit pharmacy schools. I can't thank Jeffrey enough, and I would definitely rent from AVR again!
