Only concern was there was no fluid for the wiper when we tried to use it on the long drive. But overall, it was wonderful vehicle. It accommodated all of us. We got it for a good rate. We will rent from u again. Thank u!!!

We have rented from you in the past and always has very good experiences. We rent 5-7 times a year across the countermand use your company depending on where we are when possible. This time at the counter we found out there was an additional $9 a day fee for my wife to also be listed as a driver. When we did it on line we did not see that as being an additional charge. It took us by surprise and seemed to be more of a last minute way to make a few extra dollars at our expense. more info avbl
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
First time renting and it was a great experience
The rate was great. However, I waited more than an hour to be shown a vehicle that was filthy & had broken seat belts. The manager then found another vehicle with good seat belts but still filthy. I was offered a discount & given a coupon to take the van to wash myself. The discount was not honored upon return of the van. I waited more than an hour at the car was to have a clean vehicle. And the agency charged a $20 fee to return the van before 9:00 am. Called the manager- no returned call.
