The van was convenient for traveling with 7 kids but will only travel at night from now on with the kids for my own sanity.

Van was in poor shape. Lots of dents to the body on every side. Some damaged parts on interior as well.

The staff was great changing our request for a bigger van and pricing it well for us. The only issues I have was that we were told at pick up that we could return it Monday morning and then was called Monday morning stating that we were late dropping it off. Also, several items inside the vehicle were broken/dirty. The air vent on passenger side was broken and the cup holder by first seat in back broken. The carpet/upholstery needs major detailing/cleaning.
All in all, it was a good experience - the van drove well.

I didn't feel safe in your van and I won't recommend it to anyone. It was uncomfortable for all the passengers in the van.
I almost became car sick. The shocks were bad, the brakes were bad. It's time to upgrade. I will never rent again from your company and I will advise anyone who comes here not to rent from you either.
