contract stated unlimited mileage but told 100 mile per day when picked up. Windshield blades did a poor job, I had to repiace the blades and add cleaner fluid. The driver side door lock jamed and I had to climb in through the passager door until I found some WD - 40.
have gotten vans for my family from here last 3-4 years. totally disappointed with this vehicle. we got in late tired checked on condition of van with flashlights exterior bad did not chk interior till am. black grease or smudge marks all over ceiling cloth ripped and off. After being closed up smelled like urine. Rubber coming off at doors. BRAKES were not good. on freeway had to stop quick van shaking almost out of contr. worst vehicle rented in 35 yrs. rep said I'll tag it nothing else. poorl

Rental process was easy. However, I had some questions before my rental date and on two occasions I was not able to reach someone on the phone during business hours.
The wait to pick up the van was horrendous. Almost an hour to get a person and another hour to prep the Van and get it out the door. Kudos to the staff. They were slammed with Ragnar pickups and did their best bu were overwhelmed.

In this day when quality customer service is not so common, I am amazed that my responses in this survey are all great! I love your agents, I love Marvin the manager!, You get quite busy and sometimes I have to wait a long time, which can interfere with my schedule, but I still find that I don't get anxious about this flaw.. I think that can shortstop your A+ rating and seeing you as I do, I think you will find ways to make even that better. Thanks Marvin!! You and you staff rock!

I wouldn't recommend this place. They highly overcharged for a terrible riding 11 passenger van. They charged me $1100 for a 3 day rental which is more than my mortgage because they were the only ones left with a big enough vehicle for our team. It took forever to get picked up from the airport where my team waited 90 minutes for me to get them from the shuttle pick up spot. Never will use this place again.
The service was quite good, as I entered the building I was greeted and told someone will be right with you. The entire transaction was quite pleasant, very professional.
