Reserved a 15-passenger, but they only had a 12-passenger van for me. What would I have done if I had more than 11 people? It was extremely snug with luggage and 11. The van and the air conditioning worked just fine, but it had over 100,000 miles on it, was squeeky and pretty beat up. I did want a large enough van for all of us to ride together, so I'm happy the company has these vehicles available to rent.
The 15 person van i had (Ford Transit 350) needs an alignment. Otherwise, fantastic car.

Everything was great. Patrick at the Portland location was very helpful and energetic. He gave us multiple options and really helped us. The vehicle worked just fine. We were able to change the reservation online at the last minute and save some dollars. The website is a little bit difficult to use but actually enabled us to find a better deal than our first reservation. We were definitely pleased with the pickup process. Thank you.
If I didnt cancel my reservation, DO NOT cancel it for me. When I put my credit card on hold for the reservation, it means I really need the car. The staff over there were pretty rude and really sucks. They probably made a good deal with the guy who rented my car before I came. I had no chioce but find another rental place to rent a car with really really bad urgent price. You guys really sucks. Hope your business would go down very soon. Ugly. Disgusting.
I did it online and it told me I was getting a different van but I liked the one I got better. People that helped me were really nice and I thought the price was really good. I would of liked to know that is a hold of 200 dollars just because my bank card questions me when I spend over 400 and that way I would of had no problem but other than that I thought the rental process went through very smoothly.
We were not told about the move to Malcolm Road. We were a bit lost and the staff seemed a bit sketchy.
This is not my first time to rent at AVR but I had a great experience. I will definitely be your constant customer.
The passenger van we requested had no storage space and when we picked up we were told we would need to purchase snow chains to use it. When we downgraded to a smaller vehiule the price doubled. Not impressive.
