I really liked the vehicle we rented, but the wait to rent the vehicle was terribly long. There were only 3 customers ahead of us, but since they were unstaffed and it took about 15 minutes to assist each customer, it took over an hour to get our vehicle, causing us to be late to our destination. Luckily the drop off process was much quicker.
This is the third time renting with u guys and really happy with your staff and the cars I have rented. Thanks.
Online booking indicated my rental would have reverse camera but my rental van did not. The van was not clean with dust all over chairs. The driver side rear view mirror cracked had made safety an issue.
The lady who helped me was super nice. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Give that girl a raise!

I rented a cargo van in Los Angeles. There was a noxious smell in the van that my passenger and I both smelled.

The rented vehicle had a spare tire that was not in good condition and could not be used when attempted to fix the tire pressure warning that was indicated on the vehicle from the start to the end of the entire rental period.
pick up was a little awkward. not knowing exactly where to go. pickup van had no connection or signage to AVR. there were several frustrated people at the stop who thought the "western" pickup van was for them, to take them to their hotels.
