The van worked out great for us. I would recommend this company to friends with the caveat that they are a little slimy with the scare tactics of trying to sell you extra insurance coverage. If indeed extra insurance is required, that should be well communicated in the front end of the reservation.
I am very happy with this rental. The van was what I reserved. The vehicle was new and had low miles. Very comfortable and the process was quick and easy.
Something was wrong with van. Drove poorly, possible alignment or tire issue. Just glad we were not on a long trip.

Everything was great just one little thing about renting wifi unit, the instructions was not clear and detail enough to make it work....I spend like one hour tried to find the User Id and password to sign in wifi....need more detail and information how to sign in...thank
The van we received was completely dirty and a purse was left in it. if it wasn't for the way Doug handled the situation when I returned it I would absolutely not rent from this company again. Do to the way Doug handled the situation I will give them another chance
