Great rate on a new vehicle. CDW Insurance was expensive.
We always rent our vans from AVR Van rental and they seem to have the great prices!
They made it very easy - nice, clean van, all good.

My experience in Las Vegas was the best customer service I received the whole time I was in Vegas including flight, hotel, bar and restaurant service!!!! Your employees treated me like they wanted me to be back!!!!!! All the other businesses treated me like I was privaledged to be using their services. I'll be back with you, but not with them!!!!! Thank you and your employees for making that part of my trip enjoyable.

The Vans Gas Gauge said FULL, however I drove 17.4 miles to my home in Chino Hills. I decided to fill the tank and it took another 4.457 gallons that cost $ 12.25. If it gets 20 miles to the gallon, I was missing 3.6 gallons of Gas ?
This is my 4 th rental from you guys in 5 months, every single van had a dirty INSIDE WIND SHEILD. I guess your cleaning

I would DEFINITELY rent from here again. The General Manager was awesome & went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. As our flight was not coming in until just before the rental agency closed, he allowed us to work something out, so we would be certain to get our van if our flight was late. Can't say enough good things about AMERICAN VAN RENTAL. Rent from them & you will be completely satisfied.
My flight was late. When I called to get my pick up, the man who answered told me they cancelled my reservation because it had been 2 hrs since my scheduled pick up time. He said they are sold out. It took some pushing and angry words from me to get a woman on the phone who helped me. She said - "oh, if your flight was delayed, then we can still honor the reservation". When I got to your agency, there appeared to be a number of vehicles available. I shouldn't have had to yell and fight.
Better than some places.
