I can't remember her name but a woman was very helpful . She gave me very detailed instruction on how to do the night/after hours drop off. Very convenient. No hidden charges.

This company is incredible!!! When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, several customers showed up all at once. Although there was only one person at the counter and we had to wait a bit; she was very courteous and friendly. She kept acknowledging those of us standing in line..:apologizing for the wait and letting us know it wouldn't be much longer. This company is my go to for all van rentals!
I was very pleased in how the vehicle was maitained and how it drove.
Will be renting very soon again.
