Does not honor what their website says about deposits and was not clear about price. Was charged 100 dollars more than I was quoted

So glad we found this hidden gem! Van was fabulous, people were pleasant and value was better than the big box names!!! We will always rent from AVR going forward when our vans are in the shop or we need additional transportation.
I was so happy to use your Ford van. The 12 passengers car was so responsive and stable. While my trip was long and challenging, but I had the right van for the right job.
I was told by the parking attendant the lot was 24 hours. It was not 24 hours. I drove down at 2:30am to discover this fact. Due to AVR's staff ignorance,I lost valuable sleeping time and wasted gas (10mpg in the van). The desk attendant was courteous and said he would not charge me for the overages due to the return trip home and back to AVR at 7am. Unfortunately, this was not enough for AVR to garner a positive experience with me.

I first rented from AVR last year and was happy to do so again this year will continue next year.
I was satisfied with our rental. I do think it could have been cleaner. The van was pretty much well kept but most of the doors were squeaky and needed to be maintained. I was satisfied with the rate and it was a good vehicle because we traveled to New Mexico. I would consider renting again from this location. Thank you.
