The van was nice and clean! The two outlets at the front of van didn't work but we didn't go back to fix it. They didn't charge us for the little bit we were late. We were very happy with our rental!

I was happy with my rental. I would rent from here again.
It was very easy and the staff was very pleasant. I didn't know what to expect since I was using a debit card, but it went quite smooth, so to say the least I will be using them again, whenever I need a vehicle.

I had a good experience over all.
Staff was very helpful and made the transaction very easy. Only negative was van itself. Tires were worn and caused a lot of road noise as well as poor handling. Would like to see more attention to vehicle maintenance.
The body of the van was really dirty. Especially the front window. I always rent from here hoping that the cars would be cleaner but that doesn't seem to change.
If you would staff your facilities better and make sure a contract from the pick up location makes it to the return location before the return date I would have rated this much higher.
