SFO AVR had prob getting vans ready. Huge delay in processing rentals. Was there for over an hr before I hit the road. Missed a schedule to my itinerary. Short of staff problem. Rep gave me a $20 discount. But it did not make up for my frustration and missed schedule. As the only company that has the type of vehicle I needed, I had no choice. But def not the way to treat customers. Was helped getting bridge toll taken care of. Appreciate that. Good work staff! Hang in there.You did your best.

The lady that helped us was very nice and I appreciated it. The vehicle itself was difficult to drive (Grand Caravan) I had to push hard on the gas to get up to freeway speeds. That was frustrating. Overall I would rent again if the price was right.
I reserved a 15 passenger van 6 months before I needs it. Doug called me the week before to confirm that I still wanted it and told him absolutely. He called me less than 24 hours and told me the van would not be available and to call another company or drive to Chicago(I reserved in Indy for the 500) to pick up one or I could have 2 -7 passenger vans. I had one police escort parking pass and needed to get 15 people in one vehicle. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Others have had problems
If I returned the car in my rental time frame, why would I need to pay $20?

Does not honor what their website says about deposits and was not clear about price. Was charged 100 dollars more than I was quoted
