Had a 15 passenger van, but 14 seat belts worked. Would suggest replacing the seat belt in white Chevy.

The phone agent told me to fax a copy of my credit card and driver's license over so that my drivers could come pick up the van. I did so, sending docs to the fax number on the form. I called to confirm they received it and a youngish sounding man told me that they did not have a fax machine. I emailed docs instead. When drivers arrived they asked for the credit card and DL and said that they needed me to email it again. This was after the phone agent verified receipt of docs the Friday before.
We had to drive through muddy ditches to get to rental place. There was mudd all over the inside of the building. There was a line of people, not clear who to talk to. Our reserved 7 person vehicle was not available. Luckily our reservation was cancelled easily. But there were no other vehicles to rent that evening anywhere in the airport so we had to squeeze our airport guests illegally our car with the luggage to get them home that evening. It was a pretty awful experience all the way around
I had to wait for over 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport
overall it was very good.
I have rented from AVR see real times - this was the worst van I have ever gotten - also the young lady who waited on me told me that my internet quote was incorrect and I could only get unlimited miles with a three day rental not a two day rental which is what I was quoted - I have never had that problem in the past - I just rented last month and was contemplating a rental for next month but I think I am going to look around for a place that will honor my internet quote without playing games -

This was our third year in a row renting from this location. We never have an issues with the staff or vans. We will continue renting from this location.
