Great value pick was confusing even after following instructions from website
The van has lots of damages and dirty. We got a van didn't have the charger working. Had to exchange and waited few hours for exchange and end up with a worst van we ever had. I hope they can repair and have better vans in the future as the price was good. The staffs are nice.
They need to get local phone number posted for the airport rential vehicle agency. I drove to them because it is on airport. I had to confirm location and availability. For sure they are very freindly, help full, and easy to get to from the airport.
AVR on-line customer service people and billing systems are terrible.

I didn't know if $200 deposit would be credited back for 4 days; automatically sending me a receipt showing the final charge and return of deposit via email would correct this problem.
Your van had a faulty tire pressure monitor in the RR wheel that faulted in 50 miles after cool down (not your fault).
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST rental car experience ever. We waited an hour and 1/2 for the shuttle van, before ultimately taking a cab to the rental counter, where we waited another 45 minutes to have our van delivered to us. This cut into about 2 1/2 extra hours of our vacation time and made us miss an appointment. Inexcusable! And the van was not clean and only had a 1/2 tank of gas! TERRIBLE
