This is the second year in a row I have rented from AVR. My experiences have been awesome. I will rent from here again next year.
The staff was very helpful and funny.
The website had $150 deposit for credit cards, but when I got there they said it was $200. Please change your website information.
The guy who helped us check-in or get the van was very nice and accomodating. He was new to the job but he was thorough and if he didnt know the answer to our question, he referred our questions to the other staff. We requested the newer Ford 15-seater vans and he was able to give it to us. Thank you Airport Van Rental and Staff for such amazing service, great price and great vans. This is actually our 4th year renting vans from AVR.
Staff was a little unprofessional. Dressed super casual and not very welcoming

Excellent customer service
This was our first experience with AVR and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Not having to move the luggage and kids from one vehicle to another to get to the airport was great! Thank you so much.
